May 24, 2012 – The launch of International Counterintelligence Services of Maryland (“ICS of Maryland”) has been delayed, pending regulatory licensure from the Maryland Department of State Police. Jim Bailey, the designated representative of ICS of Maryland, has not yet received a private investigator agency license in Maryland.
ICS of Maryland is not a licensed private investigative agency in Maryland, and Jim Bailey is not a licensed Maryland private investigator.
