Mind Control or Brainwashing Investigations

Brainwashing and Mind Control are psychological techniques employed to create a change in personality and beliefs.  Mind Control can be practiced by:

Brainwashing is primarily used to breakdown a person’s personality and beliefs in order to replace them with new, radical, and/or otherwise unorthodox beliefs that the subject would likely reject under normal circumstances.

Generally, these organizations and individuals are employing brainwashing or mind control in order to get something they want.  Commonly, brainwashing is used to convince people to:

It is not uncommon for cults or extremist sects to require huge monetary donations to gain membership, and some groups require that you sign over all assets and donate all personal property upon joining the group.

In religious or political extremist groups, often the members of the group want new recruits to engage in criminal activities like burning down buildings, planting bombs, or carrying out suicide missions.  The most dangerous groups can convince an entire legion of members to commit group suicide.  The leader of the group will back out of the suicide at the last minute, and later recruit a whole new group of people.  More often than not, leaders of these types of groups are mentally ill and truly believe that they are helping people by taking their money, possessions, and their lives.  Recruiters are simply cult members who have already been brainwashed to the point that they believe that if they fail to convert you, you will both go to Hell. Often the brainwashing happens slowly, as members of the group convince a person that the group’s views are the only logical answer, and anyone who questions or disagrees is Satanic, evil, and deceitful.  This is one major point of how brainwashing works; any action by someone outside of the group is viewed as manipulative, and only functions to re-enforce what the group is claiming.

Kidnappers and abductors also conduct brainwashing on their victims, but not for money or possessions like cults or religious/political sects do.  Instead, kidnappers and abductors convince the abducted that they can’t escape, making them so afraid of what could happen if they try to run away, that the abducted will remain with the abductor, even when left home alone.  There are several famous examples of children who have been abducted and were only taken a few short miles from their home.  When left home alone, they are too frightened to leave, and when people recognized them in the street, they would lie in order to protect their kidnapper.

It is important to understand that brainwashing and mind control are slow processes conducted with a specific outcome in mind, as is the case with cults, extremist sects, and kidnappers.  Brainwashing always has a motive, and an outside observer can easily and clearly see what that motive is, even if the affected has not caught on.  People who are brainwashed do not realize or suspect that they have been the victim of mind control, but their friends and family are highly aware of what has happened.  If you have a friend or family member that you believe has been brainwashed by a cult, or religious or political extremist sect, you may need help convincing them of what has happened.  A private investigation into mind control and brain washing may help your loved one see the reality of what is going on, such as:
