Belinda Donofrio is a licensed Texas private investigator and case analyst at ICS of Texas. In addition to her career as a private investigator, Mrs. Donofrio also served 15 years in the United States Army, where she received several honorable accommodations, including the Army Achievement medal, the National Defense Metal, Professional Development Ribbon, Southwest Asia Medal with 3 bronze stars, and the Kuwaiti Liberation Medal. Belinda was honorably discharged after serving in Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. After her military career, Mrs. Donofrio earned a degree in criminal justice, and obtained her Peace Officer license. In the time Belinda spent in law enforcement, she worked as a School Resource Officer, Patrol Officer, and a K-9 officer. After a 10-year career in public law enforcement, Mrs. Donofrio left the police department in 2009, with her Advanced Peace Officer License. Today, Belinda Donofrio is a member of ICS of Texas’s elite and experienced group of private investigators.
