Jennifer Maghinay, of Maghinay Investigations, is a licensed private investigator for the State of Oregon, a U.S. Army veteran, and has twenty-three years working experience in law.  She is also a Certified Paralegal, Certified Process Server, accredited in race & gang relations and certified in Advance Skip Tracing and Surveillance Strategies.

Jennifer served in the U.S. Army before beginning her career in law. For the past twenty-three years, her law career has included, but is not limited to: family law, criminal law, employment law, real estate law and general litigation. She has provided legal research and analysis, investigation skills, witness locates, process serving and civil litigation preparation in both state and federal cases. She has also assisted in the areas of youth gang intervention, suppression, rehabilitation and prevention, and in the areas of domestic and race relations.
