As a Staff Sergeant with the United States Military Police, Mr. Hamilton was in charge of Military Law Enforcement Operations, Investigations, Physical Security, Police Reports, Patrol Operations, Public Relations, US Customs, Domestic Violence, and Intervention and Training Programs, which included Weapons Training (Small Arms and Crew Serve). He was an Emergency First Responder, had Supervisor duties, and held Secret Security Clearance as well as Installation Access. In addition, he had extensive training surrounding law enforcement and investigations encompassing the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Federal and Sate Law.
Mr. Hamilton has worked in various areas of the United States, in addition to Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He implemented and updated Standard Operating Procedures for Law and Order while stationed in Europe. He has assisted with the successful implementation of Law Enforcement Training Programs and was chosen above peers to be the Centralized Operations Police Suite Administrator (Department of Defense Law Enforcement Reporting System) while serving overseas.
Mr. Hamilton’s awards and achievements include the Army Commendation Medals, Army Achievement Medals, National Defense Service Ribbon, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, two NCO Professional Development Ribbons, Army Service Ribbon, two Overseas Service Ribbons, a Global War on Terrorism ribbon, two Good Conduct Medals and multiple Certificates of Achievement. He served as the President of the Better Opportunity for Single Service Members while serving in Europe.
