ICS, refers one or more of the International Counterintelligence Services, Inc., associations, its member companies, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates. As associations, neither ICS nor any of its members has any liability for each other’s acts or omissions. Each of the association and alliances is a separated and independent legal entity operating under the names of “ICS,”  “International Counterintelligence Services, Inc.,” “International Counterintelligence Services of Arizona, LLC,” or other related names. Services are provided by the members or these subsidiaries or affiliates and not by the International Counterintelligence Services associations.
