ICS services all regions of Virginia, and accepts most case types, including adultery, child custody, and missing person cases. Anyone who needs to catch their cheating partner in the act, or suspect that their spouse is displaying the common signs of cheating should call ICS to start an Adultery, Infidelity, or Cheating Partner investigation. Don’t sit around worrying and wondering anymore, call ICS and find out once and for all if your spouse or partner is cheating. If you think your marriage is over, due to an affair or otherwise, you may need special documentation to proceed with a divorce or child custody, visitation, or support hearing in Virginia. Let ICS help you get the information and proof you need for your court date with a Child Custody, Visitation and Support investigation. Are you struggling to get your child support payments from a deadbeat dad or deadbeat mom? ICS can help you track down the other parent and find the paperwork you need in order to prove they are not paying their share. ICS is experienced in locating lost or missing persons, whether a crime was committed or not. If you would like to reconnect with a lost loved one, such as a distant relative, birth parent, or high school crush, ICS can help even though the police would be unable to investigate these types of cases. State police can only help locate missing persons if a crime is involved, which often does not even include runaway children. Instead, call ICS for a Locate Lost People investigation to find who you are looking for.

ICS also provides a wide variety of surveillance and counterintelligence services, employing state of the art equipment and techniques to keep you safe and free from unwelcome eavesdropping. Another service ICS can perform is computer and cellular forensics to retrieve data or to confirm and remove spyware or other malicious software. Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) can be taken by ICS to ensure that the technology you depend on every day is not leaking information about you, your business, or your personal life. TSCM involves sweeping for and removing bugs, and other forms of electronic surveillance. ICS also performs pre-employment screening, which help eliminate the constant worry about the criminal or legal history of potential employees that most employers feel during the interview and hiring process.

ICS accepts these case types and more. If you did not see your case type listed above, do not worry; these are just a few of the cases we take. Call ICS today to begin your free consultation, or submit the free consultation form online, and tell us more about your case. Private investigators from ICS are available 24 hours a day, and no case is too large or too small, so please feel comfortable contacting us today.

D. The department may issue a letter of temporary licensure to businesses seeking licensure under § 9.1-139 of the Code of Virginia for not more than 120 days while awaiting the results of the state and national fingerprint search conducted on the principals and compliance agent of the business, provided the applicant has met the necessary conditions and requirements.

E. A new license is required whenever there is any change in the ownership or type of organization of the licensed entity that results in the creation of a new legal entity.
