Michael Rabern is a great example of a top-tiered private investigator turned management. At the time of his promotion to President of ICS Mr. Rabern was a licensed private investigator with over 10,000 hours of investigative experience. He takes a "hands on" approach to everything he does from serving our staff as President or handling some of the highest profile cases requested to get results-- and he does!
Jeremiah Hamilton, Case Manager, Private Investigator
As a Staff Sergeant with the United States Military Police, Mr. Hamilton was in charge of Military Law Enforcement Operations, Investigations, Physical Security, Police Reports, Patrol Operations, Public Relations, US Customs, Domestic Violence, and Intervention and Training Programs, which included Weapons Training (Small Arms and Crew Serve). He was an Emergency First Responder, had Supervisor duties, and held Secret Security Clearance as well as Installation Access. In addition, he had extensive training surrounding law enforcement and investigations encompassing the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Federal and Sate Law.
James Stevenson, Case Analyst, Private Investigator
James “Jim” Stevenson's career began when he graduated from the Arizona Law Enforcement Training Academy (ALETA) in October 1989. His career has spanned all areas of law enforcement from general calls for police service, to major crime investigations, and all types of accident investigation. Mr. Stevenson was a certified Field Training Officer for nine years, providing real-world experience training to newly certified / hired police officers. His Law Enforcement background is very extensive to say the least.
Thomas Kane, BS
Thomas Kane specializes in fire caused investigation and consultation. Mr. Kane was the lead Arson Investigator for the criminal investigations division of the City of Scottsdale Police Department in Arizona. Mr Kane has investigated and determined the cause and origin of over one hundred fires occurring in commercial structures, residential homes, recreational vehicles, automobiles, and wild lands. Mr Kane is recognized as an expert witness in both criminal and civil court.
Tina Rhodes BS, MCJ
Before Tina Rhodes began her career as a computer forensics specialist, she was a probation officer for the state of Florida. There she worked for 3 years in research such as biometric identification and smart cards. After that she moved on into the criminal justice field where she was able to combine her 14 years of computer programming and research to be one of the best in her field.

Mr. Pete Vacek has experience in investigations worldwide, having assisted in and conducted investigations in many different countries across the globe. He has particular experience in fraud prevention and investigations with major credit card companies, banks and private investigations agencies.
Lynn Gibson, MA, Private Investigator
Lynn Gibson is a licensed private investigator. Lynn received her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Wayne State University. It was during this time that Lynn found her passion to be in Politics and the criminal justice system. She currently holds a master's degree in Forensic Psychology and is now pursuing her Doctorate.

Karl Kurtz, who holds a degree in Applied Science Electronics, Computer Technology, brings 20 years of experience gained through his United States Air Force Career. While at Reese AFB Mr. Kurtz left the fire department to become an aerospace resource management specialist. His tour of duty at Reese AFB ended when he was selected to be assigned to Tonopah Test Range, NV with the F-117A Stealth Fighter and was with this unit as it participated in the Gulf War.
