Randy Wahl, Executive Staff, ICS

Randy Wahl is the Executive Vice President of ICS, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer for ICS World, L.L.C. He provides operations management for both entities in order to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Said duties include working closely with ICS Investigators and Licensees to ensure quality investigations for clients. Mr. Wahl was a practicing attorney prior to working with ICS.

Karl Kurtz, who holds a degree in Applied Science Electronics and Computer Technology, brings 20 years of experience gained through his United States Air Force Career. While at Reese AFB, Mr. Kurtz left the fire department to become an aerospace resource management specialist. His tour of duty at Reese AFB ended when he was selected to be assigned to Tonopah Test Range, NV with the F-117A Stealth Fighter and was with this unit as it participated in the Gulf War.
