Qualifications Requirement:
Must be at least twenty-one years of age
Possess a minimum of two years of work experience as verified by a minimum of 4,000 hours in the investigative and/or security guard field or possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in criminal justice, or a related field from an accredited Institution.

Reciprocity: The state of Indiana does not have and reciprocal agreements with any states as of February, 2008.



Fees: The current licensure fee for issuance or renewal of a Private Investigator Firm license is $150.00

Renewal Information: A Private Investigator Firm license expires every four years on October 1.
