A husband temporarily working out of town, was concerned that his wife was having an affair with a man living in his neighborhood. The wife swore to her husband her undying affection and loyalty. She was going to see a counselor to work through her issues of previous infidelity in their relationship. The husband hired ICS to follow the gentleman whom he believed she was having an affair. This behavior was repeated and recorded three more nights in a seven day period. The wife even drove her boyfriend to work in the morning. This information satisfied the needs of the client.
The use of the GPS device to track the vehicle, not only identified the exact times and locations of the vehicle, but it saved the client Thousands of dollars in surveillance fees. The wife was aware that she might be being watched, and planned for it. The times that she moved and the hiding of her vehicle made standard surveillance incapable of identifying the behaviors.
