Arizona State requires licensing for Private Investigators, Security Guards and Agencies
In the state of Arizona, law permits the use of telephone, tape, and other types of recording devices as long as you are a party to the conversations. In others words you are not required to elicit permission to record the call from the other parties. Please be aware this does not constitute legals advice and that you should verify all laws and ask for legal advise before acting upon such.
