Summary:

After communicating with family members in an attempt to obtain information in reference to their family heritage post 1950’, the Client had felt defeated. ICS was contacted to determine if any family members reside here in the United States. After 100+ years of traveling from the Soviet Union, Austria, to Canada, and then the United States, communication between family located in the Soviet Union and the United States was very difficult at the time; which in turn may have broken the family bond over the years. 

ICS developed an action plan which included background checks and obtaining information from the Census Bureau and other vital record departments. After completion of these findings, and the review ICS world was able to further identify the necessary steps required to locate remianing family members.

Conclusion

After several weeks, private investigators with ICS were able to obtain information in reference to long-lost family members. ICS was able to obtain Marriage information, Petition for Naturalization and flight Manifest Immigration Information. With the information found by Investigators and the information obtained from various entities; the team was able to piece together additional deceased descendants leading to a handful of family members that are currently alive and well. This information was confirmed by sources and investigative calls to other known persons.
